The Manor Hall is dressed up for Christmas!  Join us for a special Holiday or Candlelight Tour to learn about Dutch Christmas traditions and enjoy the beautiful decorations:

Holiday Tours:  Enjoy the Holiday decorations and learn about St. Nicholas Day and other Dutch traditions observed by the Philipse family over two centuries ago.

Event Description:


Philipse Manor Hall and downtown Yonkers have both shaped and been shaped by the Saw Mill River. This walking tour will follow the Saw Mill, or Nepperhan, River from its mouth at the Hudson to Chicken Island while discussing and exploring the history, growth, development, and changing landscapes of downtown Yonkers.
